Responsibilities:
Responsible for the whole operation of the stationery manufacturing production
Maintaining and improving productivity output
Minimizing reject ratio of the production
Managing the performance, attitude and motivation of the whole employees
Developing potential leaders within department for succession planning in long term
Initiate and maintain culture of Continuous Improvement and Creativity within the department
Improve and strengthen culture of Independent Quality Production - not depending to Quality department to ensure the output quality
